東館茶室位於檳城喬治市的 Jalan Irrawaddi，一整排建築都具有濃厚的英式殖民加南洋風格。直接輸入導航可抵達茶室，但是附近的停車位有限。東館茶室的門口也吊掛了告示牌，善意提醒顧客不要把車子停放在鄰居的入口處，以防他人不便。

Dong Guan Kopitiam is a newly open Kopitiam which is located at Jalan Irrawaddi, Georgetown, Penang. At first glance it looks like a Hong Kong Kopitiam serving Hong Kong Cuisine to me, but i was wrong.

The Nasi Lemak was average-okay but the Tom Yum Dry Noodle was somewhat unique and could not be found elsewhere. It was something like Thai instant noodles tossed with Tom Yum-infused vegetables.

Might be the worst butter kaya toast I have tried in Penang. Some of the workers attitude are just proud. The toast on the same order can be black and white, not sure how they did it so different at the same time.

The bread and eggs were good, but the kopi wasn't as good as I'd seen online; it wasn't thick enough and lacked flavor, just sweetness. The decor was nice, with a retro vibe and music playing.

I dropped by Dong Guan Kopitiam and honestly was a bit let down. I ordered the black pepper chicken rice set, but the rice was kinda sticky and felt undercooked in some parts, even mushy. The sauce was really sour, probably too much lemon.

The kai si hor fun was good, and the half-boiled egg was cooked well. However, the Taiwan Hainan chicken chop was just normal fried chicken and didn’t taste very good and it needs improvement.

If you want to have a traditional breakfast then this is the place to go. A wide variety of local foods. We really enjoyed the food. Very clean with helpful staff.

Here offer simple breakfast n lunch. Order the ah ma bee Hoon. Hmm ingredients flexed bee Hoon quite nice. W few prawn n fish cake cut into smaller pieces. Rating I would say so so 5/10
