Finally we managed to eat here and it was certainly worth the wait. It’s top of our vegetarian section for two reason, firstly it’s very very good, but also because in addition to having vegan in the name it’s very nearly 100% vegan.

Falafel is still my go-to vegan/vegetarian meal wherever I go. It’s always nice to not have to worry about the chefs using smelly fish sauce or shrimp paste. Mr. Shawerma’s falafel platter (pictured) costs RM 29 but feeds two people.

The food arrived very quickly. Mustafa was very friendly and attentive; I was extremely satisfied with the service. I ordered fried cauliflower. The appetizers and bread were delicious, but the cauliflower was too oily.

Sending love from KL. Been here twice now and will come back here each time I visit Penang! The falafel wrap is delicious. Fluffy falafels and veggies that are a perfect match. Great portion, staffs were friendly, ambiance was nice.

Had the Falafel bazooka. Very good. Second time eating this. The portion is good for 2 persons. Recently went back to try their hummus and baba ghanoush. Quite tasty I must say. But I still prefer the bazooka. Next time will try the burger
