There are a lot of nasi kandar spots in George Town , Penang. We went to the oldest one— Hameediyah Restaurant —which has been in operation since 1907.

Bagi Kekny Nasi Kandar Hameediyah ni special kat kuah. Rasa kuah dia tak bau rempah yang kuat, sebaliknya bau sedap dan harum. Dan rasa rempah tu memang boleh rasa dia pakai rempah ratus yang elok.

Hameediyah Restaurant has been my family’s favorite go-to for curries and murtabak since my grandfather’s time.
