Back in 2014, Kafe Heng Huat was pretty high on the radar list for it's local authentic style of Char Koay Teow. Their in-house Char Koay Teow was claimed as one of the best in town, frequently patronized by tourists.

However with only one meal to spare in Penang we decided to visit Kafe Heng Huat and try out the famous Sister's Char Koay Teow.
The Char Koay Teow cost a whopping RM9 and took 30 minutes but it was well worth it.
