Pasembur is one of my must-eats in Penang and we recently had a very good one at Kareem Pasembur Rojak. It was recommended to me by my in-laws, who spent more than a week in Penang and stumbled upon this gem.

Heeding my friend’s advice, I headed out to Kareem Pasembur Rojak stall. This little pasembur stall opening on the side of Union Street in Penang is constantly packed at lunch hour, with a line of people from the surrounding offices.

We had bought a packet of Pasembur from a stall on Penang Road and somehow I just felt that I needed to get the one from Kareem Pasembur Rojak as well. So we walked over to Union Street from Penang Road to where Kareem operates from.
