The pork ribs and chicken leg noodles tasted fine. However, the chicken leg was a bit too soft, possibly overcooked. The meat lacked firmness and felt watery. It would be better if the texture were firmer.

Tried the duck drumstick noodles at SG Pinang Duck Leg Noodle near Cecil Market. The soup is rich and full of umami, very comforting. Ordered kway teow mee and the noodles had great texture.

VERY GOOD DUCK (6/1/2026) A bowl of herbal soup with a duck drumstick and noodles for RM11. The soup itself is quite bitter, presumably because of the dang gui (angelica), and the duck meat is tasty and moist.

Visually, the food is stunning and beautifully plated. While the presentation sets a high bar, the actual flavors were a bit more understated. The duck was on the firmer side, and the herbal soup was quite traditional but fairly simple.
