This place wasn't the one people recommended when I asked about hyped/popular restaurants in Penang. But honestly, for me, it's one of the better-tasting restaurants compared to the hyped ones.

Le Ji: The food is delicious, visually appealing, and the service is attentive. The taste is indeed excellent; both the main dishes and the dessert tofu pudding with its generous toppings are delightful surprises.

While wandering around George Town, I stumbled upon "Lok Kee Tea House" 🥢. Stepping inside felt like stepping into an old movie from decades ago 🎞️. Everything I ordered this time was incredibly satisfying, no disappointments!

Nice cafe, air conditioned, spacious and the food is pretty good. Prices are a bit higher that regular kopitiam but I think the food taste, ingredients and portions make up for the value. Service was friendly, fast.

Came here for the special dish, Fried Asam Laksa. Taste quite good but not as expected as they use pork instead of fish😅 Nasi Lemak was ok but the Teo Chew Chai Kuih was not ok, the skin too soft and sticky.

Hidden in a residential area, the environment is tranquil, and the food portions and flavors will definitely surprise you. If driving, it's best to arrive before 9 AM, as parking is limited.
