A variety of hawker galore at this place. Halal and Non-Halal on each side. We tried their Cuttlefish Water Spinach, 7 thorn 'siput' (Shellfish), Hockkien Mee, Chooi Kuih, Crispy Roti Babi (with mushroom filling), Roti Babi, Fried Fish…

This large meadow is surrounded by renowned food stalls on both sides, the difference being that the front two rows consist of small, closely packed shop stalls, while the back of the meadow features semi-pustle-style roadside stalls.

Ordered from the western stall and I was left with utter disappointment. Not only did I have to wait half an hour for the food arrive, the fish was stale and flavourless.

A food court with a variety of food choices. Randomly looking until you don't know what to eat. Pasemboq is the main choice if you come here. Just choose carefully if you don't want to be slaughtered.

Popular local hawker food court. The Padang Brown food complex is open from lunchtime to afternoon. Offers limited hawker street food options for a quick meal or snack but the food here is reasonably good.

The food was delicious, but it was strange that the vendor didn't have any change when we paid. It was as if we, the customers, had to find change..

I went to try Zulaikha as per commentor's recoomendation. Its not great for me. While you have squid and prawns, the sauce and the ingredients didnt work for me.

The Char Kway Teow was excellent and full of wok hei, but I recommend you to go earlier to avoid sunburn or before the afternoon burning heat strikes

Don’t bother ordering Pasembor from Ariff. Cut throat pasembor and didn’t even bother giving back change. Sauce is overly sweet and brings a weird taste and doesn’t compliment the fried stuff.

The best place to eat and have all Penang food!!! Although it's not like before. But it still has its advantages.
