My friend and I had lunch today at Padang Brown Yong Tau Foo. Started in 1955 by Hakka chef, Hong Leong Bak, the stall was run for a long time by his daughter, Madam Hong Hee Tin.

The soup broth of yong dao fu was so tasty with garlic oil. Recently felt the soup has gotten slightly saltier. The large intestine here is cleaned thoroughly as it doesn't has any funny smell or taste.

This place felt like a fusion of pork offal and stuffed tofu. I preferred their pork offal; it was very well-prepared and had no unpleasant odor. Their stuffed tofu, however, was rather ordinary. 😁

This is RM 17.40. Not sure what is this stall famous for. Unhygienic. Only clear soup available. No rice, only yellow noodles and glass noodles. It's really really hot here.
